First, what is considered a heal? Lets assume I cast Rapid Regeneration on an ally. Does it counts as healing when he is at full life? I see healing numbers if I turn on FTC, but I am not sure if it counts towards the effect.

Webnightflame was the real go-to even before the nerf for pve. earthgore proc was huge but so was its cooldown. bogdan proc was around 60% as powerful as an earthgore proc and could achieve theoretically 100% uptime, and if your raid was stacked, like they typically should be (especially in sunspire), the circle size is no problem.
