As a basic: - set BT600 as default playback and recording device. WebNov 13, 2024 · As a basic, you need to ensure that BT600 is setup as "default device" under playback and recording device under Windows sound settings and it should not be listed as "Default Communication Device." If issue persists then first try to isolate the issue by testing headset and BT600 on another PC.

WebYou must use the Bluetooth USB adapter that came with the headset. You should go into your Bluetooth settings, delete the Poly V8200 Series, plug in the USB adapter, then select the BT600 as your audio device.
