They have little to no vegetative mass (so hop plant parts that don’t have acids and terpenes), they are super concentrated, and they can give your beer a super hop wallop that sticks around in the finished product longer than traditional pellets. WebHops are dried quickly using an even heat source 50 to 60 degrees Celsius in a hop oast. The drying process requires good airflow through the hop cones to ensure even drying. When hop cone moisture reaches 8-10%, which can usually be achieved within 8-12 hours of drying. They are then cooled to a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius.
