WebOct 23, 2024 · In this work, we explore the electron–phonon coupling and phonon-mediated superconductivity of hole-doped and lithium-deposited monolayer BC 2 N in detail by first-principles calculations. Our results uncover that the EPC constant λ = 0.07 of complete hole-doped planar BC 2 N is too small to induce superconductivity.
