WebJan 7, 2014 · I have been trying to fit the brackets for a dunelm roman blind onto the actual blind headrail and I'm close to screaming. I cannot get the swingarm to move at all in either direction once I have the headrail resting into the bracket projections. It just will not move it is so tight.
