WebSeems very odd the B450 has no TPM but my asus laptop for almost 5 years ago does have TPM. It should be under Settings/Miscellaneous then the feature should be called AMD CPU fTPM in the bios. According to your manual on page 31 you have TPM. Enables or disables the TPM 2.0 function integrated in the AMD CPU. (Default: Disabled) yes that worked!
