WebThe Ethylene MACT standard is intended to control the emissions of organic hazardous air pollutants or organic HAP from ethylene manufacturing processes. The applicable organic HAPs are defined by this standard in Table 1 of Part 63 Subpart XX. Table 1 is reproduced as Appendix D in this manual.
