WebACL knee clicking and grinding noise 3 months post op I m getting a lot of clicking and grinding noise from my knee 3 months post ACL hamstring recon op. Knee feels off most of the time. Not quite full extension (almost) but slowly getting better with more PT. But the clicking etc is very noticeable especially when climbing stairs.
