WebThere is no "recent grads" program that is not part of the Pathways program. I'll just share my experience. Hope this helps. I started at the GS-7 level, on a 7/9/11 ladder. I was hired with a group of others (I think about 30 or so). Training was hard. We were in a classroom setting 40hrs/wk, mostly watching videos and taking tests.
