I don’t know if the nausea is linked with these abdominal/pelvic/vaginal aches. I’ve been having serious health anxiety lately- to the point that I’m constantly thinking about my body and what’s happening inside of it. Anyone familiar with these random twinges of pain in these areas?

Not painful in the sense I think there is something wrong but in the realm od ouch that was weird. I deal a lot with my balance being off and and od dizzy type of issue.
