The engine we're testing on is a k24/k20 frank. 12.5:1 stock bore, rcrew header, 3" exhaust, 70mm TB, IPS K2 iron core cams. WebJun 8, 2024 · Pretty sure the ktuned tb already has the proper bolt pattern for the rbc manifold and no spacer is required. For the intake, yes you will need a different coupler if the aftermarket tb is larger than stock. Measure both before you take it all apart to make sure you have the correct coupler.

The easiest way to plug it is to re thread the hole and just put a matching bolt in. I also used thread tape to wrap around the bolt before I put it in. another route you could go is having it welded up as well. It's your choice.
